Free Diagnosis Policy
Diagnostics are waived on all repairs. Normal diagnostics fee is a nonrefundable $55 fee. This fee covers the time spent diagnosing the machine should you decide NOT to fix it. This fee is always applied but in some cases may be voided/waived by Computer CPR on a per case basis.
Basic diagnostics typically are 24 hours. Advanced is 72 hours. Property will be held until the fee is paid or a repair is agreed to.
